Animals have their own desires, feelings and interests, yet billions endure horrific suffering on factory farming every year.

In this talk Jacy Reese will look at how effective altruism can help to make the biggest difference in our food system.

Jacy Reese is a researcher at Animal Charity Evaluators and a leading voice for effective altruism and animal protection. He works to find and implement the most effective ways to help animals, especially by paving the way towards an animal-free food system. He has written in outlets including Huffington Post, Salon, and Vox, and presented on these topics in 14 countries.
